Council Tax, Daylight Robbery Tax, Rip off the Elderly Tax, Rip off the Poor Tax.

When you make your payments on a 10 monthly basis, what benefits does your area get from your money?

(1) You will be safe in the knowledge that your local councillors will have a good pension when they leave office.

(2) You will be safe in the knowledge that all the Asylum Seekers in your area will be housed, fed, and even given money to buy a car to search for work.

(3) You will also be safe in the knowledge that you are helping to destroy your own country by paying money to your regional assembly.

You might say "what are you talking about. My money goes towards paying for the Police, street lighting, waste removal, and other amenities in my area". Oh it does does it?

Ok so you think you know what your money goes towards. Now you need to know what it really does go towards.

Fraudulent use of our money (1)

Approximately £240.00 of your hard earned money goes instantly into a Copper Bottom Pension Scheme for your local councillors. This amount of money is removed from every single Council Tax bill overall payment worked out on a percentage system. If you pay £1000 per ten months at £100 per payment they remove £24 and pay it into the CBPS. Think about this for one minute:

    * 1 million people paying CT = £240,000,000

    * 10 million people paying CT = £2.4 Billion

Do we need to say more. That amounts to one nice fat pension scheme, and all at our expense, and the even more amazing thing is - no one seems to know anything about this. Imagine how your area would benefit from this amount of money being invested in it. Oh but we forgot - it is more important that your retired councillors have their big house, flash car, and a fat cat pension to help them see out their day's. They just want to hope Gordon Brown doesn't take control of it!

Fraudulent use of our money (2)

Another outstandingly corrupt use for at least one third of the money you pay in CT, is the way it is used to support the Asylum Seekers in your area. Evidence of this came apparent just recently with Slough Council saying they need to raise council tax in their area by 75%, just to cope with Asylum Seekers requirements by law. Not only will they be given everything on the list hyperlinked in Blue they will also receive something that is even more outstanding. It has just been brought to our attention that Asylum Seekers are now receiving between £1000 and £3000, so they can buy a car, so they can seek work. We have been contacted by concerned people who have had Asylum Seekers turn up at their door with DHSS cheques to purchase cars they have advertised for sale. Guess what? You are paying for it, and if you have just read the article 'requirements by law' you would have seen that they also get a TV License completely FREE of CHARGE, while the unfortunate Blind people in this country still have to pay half of the fee just to listen to it.

So out come the PC brigade and the people calling us racists. On the contrary, we have members from all different heritage backgrounds. We are not racists, we are realists, who are just letting you know what your money is being spent on. My heart goes out to all of those who are fleeing a oppressed state, or a poverty strained way of life but the simple fact is this: our small island cannot cope, and their are far more needy people within our own country who need to be helped out of poverty before any one else gets help and I would quite happily pay to help them, but I draw the line at paying for people who are basically economic migrants. (Immigration is a subject that will be covered by us at a later date) Now back to the job at hand.

Fraudulent use of our money (3)

Nearly one third of all Council Tax Payments are paid to the Regional Assembly your area belongs too. These were formed Illegally by John Major under the signing of the Maastricht Treaty. This Treaty was signed on February 7, 1992 in Maastricht. This legislation was also brought into effect by the Conservative MP (second in command to Cameron), Francis Maude. The Regional Assemblies (EIGHT in total) are the areas created by the Treaty, which outline how are country will be split up in 2009. England as a country will be abolished and will be split up into eight areas. Check them out for yourselves:

    * East of England Regional Assembly

    * East Midlands Regional Assembly

    * London Assembly

    * North East Assembly

    * North West Regional Assembly

    * Yorkshire and Humber Assembly

    * South East England Regional Assembly

    * South West Regional Assembly

    * West Midlands Regional Assembly

    * English Regions Network

Each area will be controlled by a separate country within the EU ( check out our article RIP England for a complete guide on how our country will be abolished under clause I-46-4). These areas, as we have said, are already in place as Regional Assembly's. (cute eh!)

Now in simple terms how it works is this: You pay your Council Tax, one third goes to these Assemblies, then in turn these assemblies send your money to Brussels, so your CT money doesn't even stay in the UK. So putting it in even simpler terms - you are paying for the destruction of your own country and by paying this, you are actually committing TREASON against your own country and you don't even know it.

So lets recap

(1) You are paying for your local councillors to have a nice fat pension.

(2) You are paying for the Asylum Seekers to have a far better way of life than the single parents, children and the elderly in your area.

(3) You are paying to destroy your own country and you are allowing our corrupt government to drain you dry of money and send it to a foreign power illegally.

So after reading this do you still feel you have to pay Council Tax? Because if you do, you are more deceived than you can possibly imagine. We are sure most people in the UK would quite happily pay a reduced amount, if they knew the money they were paying, went to the things it was supposed to.

Remember this article the next time you hand over your payment, or you struggle to find the money to pay. Remember this article and think to yourself, "do I really have to pay this?" Because the fact is you do not have to pay but it is down to you to make that decision. We are only giving you the facts you should know.

All information contained within this article regarding how your CT money is being used has come from a councillor who contacted us because he feels the rest of the nation should know what is actually going on. For obvious reasons this Councillor does not want his name published. As he said himself:

 "I am better off where I am. As how better to monitor corruption than to be on the inside of where the corruption starts."

He knows as well as many others do the best place to get the truth out is the TPUC network. More and more good guys from all parties are starting to see that we are only interested in saving our country and having our Constitutional Laws, our Democracy and a true Sovereign Monarch put back in place - to remove a dictatorship from ruling us under illegal, corrupt and unlawful Acts of Parliament of which in the month of May alone have gone through at the rate of one every three hours, whether Parliament are sitting or not.

Council Tax and the Regional Assemblies are not only Illegal but they are completely Invalid. Why? Because they are against our Constitutional Laws.

EU Laws are not valid in this country, so any Law that requires you to make any form of payment towards it are unlawful under True British Constitutional Law.

Just the fact that part of your Council Tax money goes towards a CBPS for the councillors and you are unaware of this, is fraud.

Any Court of Law that fines, imprisons or passes any judgement over someone who has not paid Council Tax is in breach of Constitutional Law. The judiciary magistrate is in breach of their Oath of Allegiance and is acting fraudulently and unlawfully. Above all they are acting outside their Judicial powers of this country, they have no power to try someone over Council Tax issues.

Think about this scenario for a while:

If you pay into a scheme of insurance, endowment or whatever scheme it may be and it comes to light that this scheme is a complete farce and is being run fraudulently. It also comes to light that one third of the money paid in still exists within the scheme and has been invested so it makes even more money, then the people paying in, under Law, should receive there money back.

So with this in mind if you have made payments into an unlawful, corrupt, fraudulent Council Tax system, completely unaware of what your money has gone to, being lied to about the true use of your money for many years, surely you are entitled to all that money back. Now two thirds of that money unfortunately has been spent on either  Asylum Seekers or removed to a foreign power. But one third still exists and is making a  profit from all the interest it is accumulating. So surely under Law everyone paying in should receive all their money back with interest.

This is only a thought but I wonder what your local Council would have to say if you approached them with this suggestion.

Our entry into the EU is INVALID.

All the Treaties signed are INVALID.

Regional Assembly's are INVALID.

Council Tax is INVALID.

If the Government actually admitted the truth concerning what Council Tax money really goes too, they would be admitting to:

FRAUD, TREASON, and CORRUPTION

So because of these reasons they never will admit to it. But as we said in the previous part of this article there are councillors who are willing to give us information regarding the corruption they find within the establishment.

As an ex Council tax payer myself I would be fully prepared to pay a fair amount of money if the money being paid was used on the services they say it is.

Why don't you ask your council three simple questions based upon these subjects:

(1)Pensions and your payments.

(2)Asylum Seekers and your payments.

(3)Regional Assembly's and your payments.

It will be very interesting to see their responses.
