That means it MUST be an agreement, signed by BOTH parties, with FULL DISCLOSURE at the point of signing! Which, as many folk will know, is ONLY BY CONSENT!
Which means that when councils take 30-50% for their pensions, another sum for such things as 'Regional Assemblies and other quangos, and another sum for something called 'investments', plus dinners and ceremonies for the council 'executives', and do NOT report those FACTS in their 'accounts', they are committing MASSIVE FRAUD!
Filling in and signing the 'Electoral Register' is also a contract between you and the government
