There you have it. Conclusive evidence that the corporate councils are issuing "liability orders" which have no authority in law and are nothing more than "notices". This is affirmed by HMCTS itself! These fraudulent "liability orders" are being enforced by the police illegally, yet the police have no excuse to not know the law. 

When the inhabitants of corporate council areas are made fully aware of the fact that their council is acting illegally and using law enforcement to illegally harass local people for profit, they will probably want to stop paying Council Tax until the council criminals are held personally accountable for their crimes.

Bankrupt councils and their Section 114 notices

The corporate council Section 151 officers are all Freemasons that are maliciously abusing and laundering Public Funds. They don't care about the losses that they have facilitated because they are protected by the corrupt judicial system and the corrupt police.
