The corporate council Section 151 officers are all Freemasons that are maliciously abusing and laundering Public Funds. They don't care about the losses that they have facilitated because they are protected by the corrupt judicial system and the corrupt police.
When the local inhabitants of the areas controlled by the bankrupt councils realise how badly they have been robbed, they will want to stop paying any more Council Taxes until the criminals in the corporate councils are held personally liable for Fraud and Misconduct.
