Plymouth Council have admitted in writing that there are NO COUNCIL LIABILITY ORDERS In Existence!
This signifies that ALL threats and demands using their fake 'court documents', from the corporate councils are FRAUDULENT and constitute HARASSMENT, which is CRIMINAL under the Harassment Act 1997!
