And yet the Local Government Finance Act 1992 is shown to specifically refer to "dwellings" which are by definition "hereditaments" and therefore only non-domestic properties!

Any council whistleblowers wanting to come forward with information regarding the unlawful harassment and enforcement of FRAUDULENT demands and FRAUDULENT liability orders by private council 'bulk courts'?
As the Nuremberg Laws made very clear, obeying orders to do harm to others is no excuse!
And as the Maxim of law says: 'Ignorance of the law is no excuse'!
