Meanwhile some of the corporate councils are paying back on the massive sums owed, sums which should never have been 'borrowed' from the banks in the first place.

The fraudulent debt levels have been increasing steadily, compared to the LOBO loan charts previously posted. Many corporate councils have only just managed to pay the interest on the debts, while their executives enjoy huge pay scales, bonuses, expenses, redundancy settlements & copper-bottomed pensions (30+% of all Council Tax).
When enough of local inhabitants realise how badly they have been robbed by the private-for-profit corporate councils, how so many services have been slashed to pay for private profits, staff costs and private pensions, they will probably want to cancel any further payments and demand accountability.

We are confused as to why XYZ Council is sending a summons for a magistrates court for council tax when it is a criminal venue?

It is our understanding that debts are civil cases and are always heard in a county court.

A magistrates court is a criminal court for summary offences such as traffic, assault or either-way

offences such as theft and handling stolen goods.

A summons for an alleged debt is usually a civil matter held in a County Court. Since a council tax

summons hearing is held in a criminal venue (XYZ Magistrates Court) yet is civil in nature;

Please confirm the jurisdiction of the court and which legislation and court rules apply.

Since a council tax application for a liability order is held in a criminal venue, yet in nature is a civil matter, please confirm the jurisdiction of the court and which legislation and CPR rules apply to those hearings.

I would like to request proof of where the resident’s Council Tax payments are being spent.

1 - I am writing to request a copy of the expenditure statement for the year 2021 to 2022. I would

like the full transactional list of all of the expenses paid by the council. I do not require the profit

and loss spreadsheet. I do not want to see percentages but itemised proof in pounds (£s) as to where the annual council tax is being spent.

2 - I would like to know if my council tax funds the Police Service, Ambulance Service, waste collection and Schools.

3 - If the above services are being funded I would like to know the percentages for each.

The Data shall be provided within 1 calendar month, pursuant to Article 12(3) UK GDPR.

Liability Orders: there has never once been a liability order granted by a magistrate’s court on this land for the non- payment of council tax. Only the application was granted. A court order is something of material substance that must comply with the civil procedure rules. This must contain upon it a court seal and the name in clear text of the Judge or Magistrate. No Such document or record exists because that was not the service that was requested by the Council.

Somerset County Council is one of the top 50 councils in England that has massive private high interest debts. In SCC's case it is bankrupt for the second time after trying to cover up the 'crime scene' of the embezzlement of millions from Somerset's public funds. The local politicians attempted to blame each other but all are culpable! All the rotten SCC politicians should be sacked without pensions along with their disgraceful unelected bureaucrats that really have been running the county into the ground for decades!
