Corporate councils are stealing from those most in need!

In other words, the corporate councils are acting criminally by penalising those most in need, against both Statute and Common Law which both clearly state that "29. Imprisonment, &c. contrary to Law. Administration of Justice. NO Freeman shall be taken or imprisoned, or be disseised of his Freehold, or Liberties, or free Customs, or be outlawed, or exiled, or any other wise destroyed; nor will We not pass upon him, nor [X1condemn him,] but by lawful judgment of his Peers, or by the Law of the Land. We will sell to no man, we will not deny or defer to any man either Justice or Right. " (Magna Carta 1297) and "39. No freeman shall be arrested or imprisoned or disseised or outlawed or exiled or in any other way harmed. Nor will we [the king] proceed against him, or send others to do so, except according to the lawful sentence of his peers and according to the Common Law. 40. To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay, right or justice." (Magna Carta 1215).
So, the private-for-profit corporate-run councils are claiming to be able to take all or part of the entitlements of the local inhabitants, the same local inhabitants who pay them Council Tax & Business Rates. When the same local inhabitants realise that they are being robbed by the local council, that the same local council is a private-for-profit registered business that requires agreement/contract to have any authority, they will probably want to STOP PAYING any further amounts until the corporate council is acting lawfully!

Dorset County Council are a DISGRACE to their office! The staff & councillors are 'not fit for purpose' and should all be sacked & asset-stripped of their ill-gotten gains! They are all criminals, liars & cheats, and should be in jail for a very long time. They have been embezzling Public Funds for years for their private pensions, expense accounts and huge incomes. Their Section 151 Officer is a criminal by definition and should get the maximum penalty!
Now is the time for all the inhabitants of Dorset to STOP paying any more Council Tax to these rotten crooks!

ALL Council Tax is Discretionary by definition!

With the FACT that all Council Tax is subject to a yearly contract, whereby the FRAUDULENT corporate council sends out their paperwork as an 'offer to contract', the "residents" and "occupiers" fill in and return the paperwork and become in agreement with the terms that were offered, it becomes clear that ALL Council Tax is Discretionary and NOT Obligatory! The Local Government Finance Act 1992 clearly states that only a "Dwelling" is liable, and that a "Dwelling" is not Domestic property. Which means that when locals insist that they are Inhabitants and NOT "residents" or "occupiers", they cannot possibly be Lawfully OR Legally liable to pay!

Council tax is optional. United Kingdom Supreme Court on 24/01/2017 in Miller & Anor, R (on the application of) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union [2017] UKSC 5 at paragraph 46 main points states:

1. By virtue of the prohibition Parliament has imposed on the making of any provision imposing taxation contained within Schedule 2;1(1)(a) of the European Communities Act 1972 the provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 imposing the Council Tax are invalid and of no effect in the law of the UK.

2. By virtue of the prohibition Parliament has imposed on the Crowns authority or power to confer power to legislate contained within Schedule 2;1(1)(c) of the European Communities Act 1972 the provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 imposing the Council Tax are invalid and of no effect in the law of the UK.

3. As the provisions of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 are not provisions of law, there is no ‘obligation in law’ to pay the Council Tax, and an individual can lawfully withhold payment of the ‘Council Tax’.

When the majority of Inhabitants of council areas become aware that the corporate councils do NOT have any force of law behind their demands, are private corporations that impose their 'rules & regulations' upon those that accept the Legalese titles of "resident" or "occupier", and are conning local people out of their hard-earned money and assets to pay for bankruptcy, private loans and private pensions, they will probably want to withhold further payments. When they do so in large numbers, the corporate councils will have to change their rotten & criminal, unlawful & undemocratic system (that has ruined millions of lives), or face total collapse and prosecution!

Bristol City Council - A TRULY 'Rotten Borough'!

Bristol City Council is raising its local taxes by 3 times the rate of inflation! This is presumably to pay for the huge PRIVATE (LOBO) loans that the rotten & corrupt council took out years ago to finance their corruption, their private copper-bottomed pensions, their huge expense accounts, their dodgy dealing, but they claim it is for "social services"!

A quick check on the LOBO loans site shows that Bristol UA has loans of around £130 million! Which means that ALL Bristol Inhabitants are paying a large proportion of Council Tax towards the interest on the LOBO loans!
When enough people manage to learn about what is going on, they will probably want to STOP paying Council Tax!
