Council Tax - Is Your Councillor Useful or Useless?

The lazy councillors get "phones, free parking permits and computers, tablets or allowances. And some are allowed to accept gifts up to a certain amount."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFefpOtGhm0

No wonder local councillors are such an entitled bunch, who all attend meetings for their expenses but do little or nothing for the local inhabitants that elected them.
And as we know, the same corrupt councillors give permissions to yet more 5G monopoles and infrastructure despite local inhabitants concerns and complaints, fail to manage the road maintenance or cleaning adequately, and in several areas work with permanent staff to get 4 day working weeks for 5 days of pay. How many councillors are still allowed to be members of the Freemasonry and actively involved in Public Service whilst in Conflict Of Interest?

GDPR & DSARS - weaponised paperwork!

WEAPONISED PAPERWORK!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXqZXszXaqc

When thousands of people submit DSARs, over time it can overwhelm, expose, or even shut down invasive surveillance systems.

✔️ No protests.
✔️ No petitions.

Just paperwork.

In this video, Kris Brooks breaks down:

How DSARs work
Why they’re powerful
Real-world examples of DSARs disrupting major tech and surveillance systems.

This is about transparency, privacy, and our right to live without being constantly tracked.

The Mazur ruling and the illegal activities of corporate council staff

As we know, councils have issued bulk council tax summonses for years without proper judicial oversight, in direct contradiction of case law like Catlin.
Now the involvement of non-qualified staff at the council is called into question  by virtue of the Mazur - because only qualified individuals can carry out reserved legal activities, like preparing and signing summonses applications.
If councils or their contractors are using unqualified staff to process summonses, the entire enforcement process may be legally invalid.
This isn’t just administrative failure — it’s a breakdown of the rule of law and equality before it.
The legal system has long been weaponised against ordinary people, and it's time we called it out.
Read the full piece and decide for yourself: is justice being served? Or is justice a big fat (fraudulent) joke?

Corporate council mis-spending

For those concerned about how their local "rotten borough" corporate council has been spending precious Public Funds, here is a useful website:

https://bidstats.uk/tenders/?ntype=tender

Some people will be so concerned that they will want to organise in their areas, to create strong community organisations that expose the rotten and bankrupt private-for-profit councils and their mis-spending. Some will want to go further and expose the widespread Misconduct in Public Office by the same corporate miscreants and their money laundering.

Council Tax is funding corruption

Council Tax is funding corruption.
On a particular council tax bill, for example, only 27% was itemised to show how it was going to be spent. That left 73% of what was being requested undeclared. Councils refuse to specify what the majority (typically around 70-75%) is used for, either directly or via the numerous unanswered or swerved FOIs/WDTK requests. A big red flag:

https://truthmuse77.substack.com/p/the-rumour-councils-send-the-majority

With 30% of all Council Tax going to the substantial council pension funds, councils are lying about their spending. Local inhabitants of council areas are increasingly questioning this fraud and withholding further payments. With the councils involved in the plans for digital ID, involved in the closing of farms and selling publicly owned farmlands, granting permissions for a range of developments that go against the wishes of inhabitants, pretending to be courts and issuing legal documents without legal qualifications, there are many reasons not to pay them.

The corporate FRAUD of new "unitary councils"

I’m reading loads of comments on X that people are now cancelling paying their council tax. People have clearly had enough. Dozens of the corporate councils have declared bankruptcy after they embezzled Public Funds, used funds for their substantial wages, expenses, pensions, severance payments, revolving door consulting, dodgy contracts, Masonic coverups, cronyism, corruption and blatant mismanagement. At best they are guilty of Misconduct in Public Office, a criminal offence with up to 14 years in prison!

People are cancelling their council tax on a mass scale after it was announced that local elections in nine areas have been cancelled for May this year.

"No Taxation Without Representation."

The corporate council FRAUD of paying staff for a 4 day week

"South Cambridgeshire District Council is asking for your opinions on their four-day work week experiment, where staff work only four days but still take home 100% of their pay
This is despite:
- Council tax increasing by over 6%
- Denying local councillors a vote on the trial
- Failing to file audited accounts on time
- Senior official editing an independent report to remove negative comments
Time to tell this council to end their experiment and stop wasting taxpayers' time and money! Use our tool to tell the council what you really think and let's get this lazy council back to work! "

Those who are 'residents' and 'registered' can object:
https://www.taxpayersalliance.com/south_cambridgeshire_tell_the_council_what_you_think_of_the_four_day_week

Do you know other councils that are defrauding the public by reducing hours but paying staff the same? Try reporting them and telling them what you think!
Stop paying these criminal councils until they comply with your demands. Create dispute that cannot resolved without their compliance.

Cambridgeshire County Council - another 'rotten borough'!

Cambridgeshire County Council leader Lib Dem Lucy Nethsingha "made substantial donations to two Lib Dem general election candidates, and was then rewarded with part-time Westminster jobs by both of them after they were elected, according to her register of interests." "...one of the new MPs, Ian Sollom, realised this wasn't a good look and declared that Cllr Nethsingha was not employed by him after all." (Private Eye January 2025)
Meanwhile, Cllr Nethsingha is attempting to deal with the a cumulative budget gap over the next five years of £108 million.

https://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/news/cambridgeshire-county-council-faces-massive-25312318

The steadily increasing deficit appears to have some connection to the massive unaffordable loans from the council to This Land Ltd, currently totalling £113.8 million.
Not content with the already high level of debt, "in July the council's resources committee, chaired by council leader Lucy Nethsingha, agreed in closed session to lend This Land a further £6.3 million." (Private Eye January 2025). This is despite the fact that This Land Ltd has only repaid £2 million loan principal over 3 years.

https://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/news/cambridge-news/cambridgeshire-county-councillors-clash-over-22896743

One of the direct results of giving away millions in public funds is more cuts to essential road repairs, cuts to care, and other examples of 'austerity'.
While most Cambridgeshire inhabitants will continue to comply with and pay the corporate council and its corrupt officials, some inhabitants may want to withhold Council Tax payments until the obvious corruption of the 'leader' and her colleagues is properly investigated and the miscreants held personally accountable.

Corporate councils - the BLATANT FRAUD continues

Not satisfied with 30+% of Council Tax going straight to their massive private pension schemes, council staff are demanding to work 4 day weeks (for 5 days pay) and even 'work from the beach'!

"Since the end of the pandemic, local councils have agreed to more than 2,000 requests to work from abroad, with the number of individual approvals soaring from 73 in 2020/21 to 731 last year.

In one shocking case, an employee from West Devon Borough Council was allowed to work from the Spanish holiday resort of Ibiza for nearly four years from March 2020.

Others have won the right to base themselves in places as diverse as Portugal, Brazil, Malta, South Africa and the tropical sands of Bali.

Supporters of logging on from the beach like to prattle on about ‘work-life balance’ and the need to offer greater ‘flexibility’ in order to attract recruits.

Such claims are unconvincing.

It is frankly impossible for public employees to show the same commitment to their position or understanding of local problems when they are thousands of miles away sipping a pina colada."

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-14234569/LEO-MCKINSTRY-impossible-council-employees-commitment-position-thousands-miles-away.html

https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/news/derby-news/calls-probe-home-working-derby-9833018

The corporate council culture of fraud, embezzlement, Misconduct in Public Office, operating fraudulent 'courts', paying executives vast sums in wages and expenses, while imposing 'austerity' on those that pay, exposes a culture of 'entitled' individuals who clearly believe themselves to be above the law. 2025 should be the year that the majority stop paying these criminals!
