The Campaign against Home and Water Tax met in Malahide last night.
Clare Daly explains very well the principles and consequences of 'registration' by home owners and tenants. Clearly 'registration' is to create liability which then allows the councils to use further measures to make further levies and taxes against the majority, while the better-off are taxed less and the more wealthy receive huge tax cuts!
When it is fully comprehended that local taxes are NOT paying for local Public Services, but are, in reality, mostly being used for private corporate profits, for paying-off the debts of bankrupt corporations, for 'investments', for copper-bottomed pensions of councillors and other corporate council employees, then the majority of folk will want to know how NOT to pay and how to Legally and Lawfully demand private agreements in direct proportion to the actual services provided!

Many of the points raised also apply to UK/Britain, ie that there is NO Lawful or Legal requirement to pay such property taxes, and that paying such taxes is FRAUD by definition, directly because the councils submit FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS (the majority of the funds collected are NOT used for Public Services) and then use intimidation and harassment in their demands for payment!
What Tony Keegan and his colleagues discovered was that there is absolutely NO legal requirement to fill in and return documentation. This is of course because the private corporations administering the councils are private businesses and DO require contract (consent) to have ANY authority whatsoever. Without FULL DISCLOSURE at the point of signing, and without the signatures of BOTH PARTIES, there is NO contract and any 'agreement to pay' is NULL & VOID!
This also means that using administrative processes, the corporate councils can be prosecuted for their FRAUD!

ALL business with a private corporation is subject to Contract, which means that corporations trick folk into agreeing to their T&Cs without agreeing to the T&Cs of the indvidual! When folk apply their own T&Cs as a condition for signing any agreement, when the corporation accepts any payment and/or makes contact again, THEY have agreed to the T&Cs listed!
Such T&Cs can be posted on blogs and websites or be issued in paper form.
Similarly, one's T&Cs can be in the form of a comprehensive Fee Schedule, which can include fees for 'research', phone calls, emails, stationary, travel and accommodation, etc, hourly rates for dealing with administration and home visits, higher hourly rates for attending court, penalties for late payment and any errors by corporations, costs of recovery of debts, etc etc.
Of course be realistic in such fees but in the knowledge that non-legally qualified court personnel are paid £100+ per hour, accountants, doctors etc, are usually paid far more!

Council Tax is enforced fraudulently!

Council Tax is paying for Police FRAUD!
Yet ANOTHER reason NOT to pay Council Tax! The money is going to private-for-profit corporations, in this case to PRIVATE Police corporations!

By being paid from Public Funds the Police accept the responsibilities clearly stated in their Oath of Office. To do otherwise constitutes a Tort and a Criminal Offence at Common Law.
This means that when folk inform the Police that "this is a Common Law jurisdiction" and that ANY attempt by them to harass us into paying a private corporation constitutes actual harm and even enslavement, if they continue to enforce Statutes and harass/intimidate anyone into paying, they are acting criminally and therefore have NO AUTHORITY!

Time for large numbers of people to make the work of the councils harder!
The councils that implement the unlawful changes to the 'benefits' system, which is ideally the proportion of the combined wealth of the nation as administered in Trust by 'public servants' (who are Trustees of the Public Trust) who are in receipt of Public Funds in order to do this job, MUST be made to do their job correctly and force the corrupt and criminal corporate government to do theirs or be removed!
Here are some inspiring ways in which to 'encourage' the corrupted Public Servants to face the reality of the situation!
