Council solicitors and other officials acting dishonestly - REPORT THEM!

The disgraceful corporate councils are breaking the rules again. They are often issuing falsified documents.
Yet the rules are clear enough. A PCN  must be issued within 7 days. A "Charge Certificate" must be issued within 12 months. The council must reapply before end of 12 months for another 12 Months. There is a maximum time limit of 24 months and that only applies if they have reapplied.

https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/part75#IDAGQ0HC

CPR 75.7

" (5) For the purposes of execution a warrant will be valid for 12 months beginning with the date of its issue.

(6) An authority may not renew a warrant issued in accordance with this Part beyond the 12 month validity period but, subject to paragraph (7), an authority may request the reissue of a warrant during the 12 month validity period. "

Council solicitors acting dishonestly can be reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and can be sued.
https://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/guidance/general-dishonesty/

The SRA state that the public have a duty to report dishonesty. A solicitor can be struck off. A council solicitor can be banned from Public Office and lose any pensions.
https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/fraud-dishonesty/dishonesty-suspected

Council staff acting dishonestly should be prosecuted for their Misconduct in Public Office and lose their pensions. If they have conspired with others to issue false documents, then the others must be subject to the same discipline.

Ross v Ashford Borough Council - validity of legal paperwork

"For those who are challenging a petition for bankruptcy, charging order, or an attachment of earnings order for council tax, use the legal precedence of "Ross v Ashford Borough Council" to have the application dismissed by the court.

Ross v Ashford Borough Council is a county court precedent where an individual successfully challenged council tax enforcement proceedings. In this case, the judge dismissed the council's attempt to place a charging order on the resident's home and refused the council permission to appeal.

The primary argument in Ross v Ashford Borough Council centered on the validity of legal paperwork. The court determined that the enforcement chain was legally unsound because the documents (ranging from the liability order to the charging order) were signed off by a paralegal rather than a legally qualified solicitor or a court officer. Because the signatory lacked the required legal authority to compel actions or execute the documents, the entire enforcement case collapsed.

This case is increasingly cited in ongoing council tax and housing disputes across the UK as precedent to challenge enforcement actions. It is often discussed alongside the landmark Mazur case, which examined whether councils have legal standing to pursue certain types of debt enforcement without properly qualified representation."

£81 BILLION per year lost through FRAUD & ERROR!

£81 BILLION cannot be accounted for.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kvfk79jDA3M

When you pay the corporate councils you are paying criminals who are embezzling billions from the taxes being paid via councils to central government and collected via HMRC.

Allow councils to put up council tax by as much as they want, MPs tell Burnham

"Allow councils to put up council tax by as much as they want, MPs tell Burnham

The cross-party group of MPs says local voters will decide at the ballot box whether councils provide good enough services for what they charge."

https://news.sky.com/story/allow-councils-to-put-up-council-tax-by-as-much-as-they-want-mps-tell-burnham-13563208

As we know, the corporate councils are private-for-profit registered companies. They have no authority and their 'taxes' are illegal. The embezzle literally billions for their copper-bottomed pensions, expenses, wages, brown envelope businesses. When enough people realise the scam that is going on, they will stop paying these corporate criminals.
And it's important to realise that whoever is voted for, the permanent staff of the corporate councils continue to control, to embezzle, to defraud and to ruin lives of the local inhabitants they are sworn to serve. All CFOs are Masonic as are many others in the council staff. They are in conflict of interest and should be made accountable.

Somerset County Council - a deeply rotten borough!

A large number of Somerset CC staff & management, plus councillors of all political parties, are directly involved in massive fraud. This is the only way they have been able to sequester millions of pounds of Glastonbury Town Deal funds and escape accountability. As such, the CEO and all management are guilty of Gross Misconduct in Public Office, Embezzlement and Fraud and should be brought to account for their blatant malfeasance. All individuals involved must be fully investigated, then prosecuted with the full force of the law, lose their pensions and be banned from any further Public Office.

https://www.change.org/p/demand-accountability-and-transparency-from-somerset-council

"3.7 Conflict of Interest — PROVEN DOCUMENTED:

• Dr Lynne Sedgmore CBE = Chair of Town Deal Board + Chair of Red Brick Building Centre Ltd — appointed by Somerset Council
• Her husband — JOHN CAPPER = Sole Owner / Director of Beckery Construction Ltd — the company paid £2.39M of public money
• Conflict of interest WAS declared in early 2024 documents → DELETED / REMOVED from all later published versions by Somerset Council
• Beckery Construction Ltd is 100% subsidiary of Red Brick Building Centre Ltd — same board controlled both sides of the contract. "

The scandals include the misspending & fraud at Tor Leisure:

THE £2.2 MILLION CARPET: MANSION VALUE OR CONSULTANCY SINK?

The community is starting to do the math, and the numbers don’t add up.

THE COMPARISON:

As pointed out by local residents, £2.2 Million in the Somerset property market can buy a 26-acre historic manor house. It is a generational asset of immense value.

THE REALITY AT TOR LEISURE:

For that same £2.2 Million of your tax money, what did the Town Deal actually deliver? According to those on the ground, the "major extension" was cancelled, and we got:

- NO Promised Extension

- New Carpets

- An Extended Patio

- A bit of gravel

THE FORENSIC GAP:

If the visible work—the carpets and the patio—costs a tiny fraction of the budget, where is the remaining £2.1 Million?

This is the "Consultancy Sink" in action. While the building is handed over to a failing operator (now in administration), millions of pounds have vanished into "management fees," "reports," and "surveys" that the community never requested and can’t use.

THE STING IN THE TAIL:

It’s not just about the missing millions. While the Council "spent" £2.2m on carpets, they signed over a 125-year lease to a private operator that has now collapsed. If that lease is sold by liquidators to pay off corporate debts, we risk losing the land itself. We paid for the "refurbishment" of a building we might no longer own.

THE GTP DEMAND:

We aren’t just looking for the big numbers anymore. We are looking for the Itemised Invoices. We want to see exactly how much the taxpayer was charged for those carpets and that patio.

The "Not Robust" audit (Page 55) already flagged these failures. The Council cannot say they weren't warned.

The May 12th Deadline is approaching.

Accountability isn't a "timeline puzzle"—it’s a bank statement. ️

The Scrutiny: When you see the £2.2 Million Farmhouse (top), you are looking at hundreds of years of stonework, 15 acres of land, a separate cottage, stables, and a swimming pool. That is what a "generational asset" looks like for that price.

Then you look at the Tor Leisure building (bottom). Even with the most expensive "new carpets and patio," it is impossible to see where £2.2 Million of taxpayer money went.

The Forensic Conclusion:

• The Building: It's an existing structure. No new walls were built, and the extension was cancelled.

• The Math: If the visible work (carpets/paint/patio) cost even £200,000 (which is a generous estimate), there is still £2 MILLION missing.

In the private sector, that £2m buys you the entire estate at the top of your image. In the "Town Deal" world, it apparently vanishes into thin air—or what we call the "Consultancy Sink."

English people live in caravans while illegal immigrants get hotels, benefits, medical & dental care, allowances, etc

ENGLISH TAX PAYERS LIVE IN CARAVANS

NAO Report:
https://www.nao.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/home-offices-asylum-accommodation-contracts.pdf
Tax payers fund £9 Million PER DAY on “Asylum Seekers”

1000’s across the country unable to afford basic necessities like Rent; Gas; Electricity; Water & Council Tax, are forced to live in caravans.

Brighton and Hove Councils answer is to “Speak to the Legal Team and Take Enforcement Action” https://news.sky.com/story/the-van-dwellers-left-with-no-option-but-to-live-on-the-kerb-13506759

A similar story is happening in Glastonbury
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RG2Z-eZQPA

Mendip DC is now gone, but Glastonbury and Somerset councils are persisting with the agenda.

Interesting 'coincidence' that both Brighton and Glastonbury councils are controlled by the Green Party. The 'greens' like 'gentrification', spending millions on "Net Zero" and Low Traffic Neighbourhood plans, or consulting on the Glastonbury World Heritage Site agenda.
In Glastonbury the famous "Town Deal" secured £23.6 million which included £2 million allocation for a caravan/van dwelling non-bricks & mortar park-up. The council bought some flood land at a premium rate and then discovered it was unsuitable for parking or electrics so scrapped the scheme and sold the land at a loss. Then they set about driving away the van & caravan dwellers, destroying the existing community of artistic and creative people all operating sustainable work. They aggressively forced out anyone that resisted. They also implemented a scheme for a mock 'roundhouse' visitor centre to the famous Bridie's Mound site and damaged the land and archeological site by constructing a grey stone chip road that extended over the Mound itself. The councils like spending money when it suits them!

Official statistics showed a record 131,140 households in temporary accommodation in England.
While the Home Office spends £145 per night to put an individual in a hotel, many local councils are struggling to find the budget to keep their own residents off the streets.

When the local inhabitants of the area discover the degree of corruption in their corporate councils, they will probably want to stop paying them!

This Is Why 9 Councils Are Bankrupt - Fine Print documentary

This Is Why 9 Councils Are Bankrupt

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7FUD-ecHFE

The nine councils that have declared bankruptcy include:
Hillingdon (2000)
Hackney (2000)
Northamptonshire (2018)
Croydon (2020, 2021, 2022)
Slough (2021)
Thurrock (2022)
Woking (2023)
Birmingham (2023)
Nottingham (2023)

Somerset County Council is about to submit a Section 114 notice, and has already effectively declared bankruptcy twice.

Combined debt: Over £5 billion
Council jobs lost since 2012: 600,000+
Councils expecting bankruptcy in next 5 years: 50%

https://www.countycouncilsnetwork.org.uk/news/councils-warn-of-financial-catastrophe-in-12-months-time-with-unmanageable-send-deficits-risking-bankruptcy

All those involved in these bankruptcies and the fraudulent use, misuse, embezzlement, money laundering, theft, of Public Funds, should be suspended pending full investigations. Their private council pensions should also be suspended. They should be prosecuted according to the laws governing Misconduct in Public Office, and forced to give up any assets and funds they have gained as a result of their criminal activities. Examples should be made of all involved, with an amnesty offered to all whistleblowers that expose the fraud going on in other councils.

Local inhabitants of the above councils will want to suspend any further Council Tax payments until the fraud is fully investigated and the perpetrators brought to justice!

Thurrock Council - a seriously rotten borough!

Thurrock Council Borough Council,  a private-for-profit company with DUNS number 211296108, is surely one of the most rotten & fraudulent councils.

https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/business/finance-strategy/thurrock-council-cfo-banned-over-ps1bn-investment-scandal

Many questions remain as to why Thurrock Council Borough Council, registered as a private company with Dun & Bradstreet, is still allowed to trade at all. How are the Masonic CFO and colleagues still in office? Why have there not been several prosecutions? Where are the charges of Misconduct in Public Office against all the main players in this scandal? Why have the same criminals not been stripped of pensions and suspended pending full investigation? How could so much theft of Public monies be allowed to happen unchallenged?
The local inhabitants of the Thurrock area will be well aware of the depravity and corruption of the council, its councillors and its staff. Most sensible inhabitants will want to stop paying any more Council Tax until the perpetrators are in jail!

The Council Crimes of 'Social Services'

The corporate councils and their 'Social Services' steal children from families for profit. The fraudulent councils and their fraudulent "services" destroy families and lives of the people that pay them. They know what they are doing and know that it is immoral and criminal!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSg_HbVqBz4

"Claire is a very brave grandmother. Threatened with imprisonment for daring to speak out about the British State stealing her daughter’s children — her grandchildren — Claire is not a lady to be silenced. In an extended, emotional interview, she takes the audience through the events that led to the police and Social Services snatching her two grandchildren from the loving care of their mother, and then handing them to the control of an abusive estranged partner. This tragic and emotional story details the template tactics often used by the UK’s Social Services, the police, complicit legal teams and the secretive Family Courts (known to many as Star Chambers) to take children from their loving birth parents, using false accusations, perjury, false testimony, hearsay, and skewed judicial rulings in secret court hearings.
In this case, as with others reported to UK Column, Claire’s grandchildren were taken from the loving care of their young mother, grandmother, and wider family, and they were passed into the hands of a defective child protection system. Within a few months these happy, healthy children were sick, sad, tired, bruised, bitten, and missing hair. Yet when Claire and her daughter reported these abuses to the child protection services, their response was a cold indifference to the children’s suffering, coupled with absolutely no action to protect them. Claire and her daughter were stonewalled, and their concerns were dismissed.
The UK public should note that Claire’s story is just one of many detailing the UK State’s vicious targeting and stealing of children. In video taken as the children were snatched from the family’s hotel room in Scotland, Claire shows the cold and callous actions of Police Scotland who facilitated the removal of the terrified children, who were driven off into the control of a parent they had never known. The police attending to take them acted “on orders”. They did so despite the fact that two police forces in England had previously taken witness statements detailing serious physical and sexual attacks on the mother by her partner. In subsequent Family Court hearings concerning the children, a file of evidence produced by Claire and her daughter as well as key police witness statements detailing coercive behaviour and serious abuse have either been withheld from proceedings or ignored by both the court and the Sheffield Child Protection teams involved. Whilst many may want to think that their failings arise from crass incompetence, the facts and events detailed by Claire would surely lead the man on the Clapham omnibus to believe that a brutal, organised conspiracy to take vulnerable children is at work.
Please watch this vital interview to learn more about child stealing by the State in the UK and why there is a pressing need to expose it."

Council Tax - Is Your Councillor Useful or Useless?

The lazy councillors get "phones, free parking permits and computers, tablets or allowances. And some are allowed to accept gifts up to a certain amount."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UFefpOtGhm0

No wonder local councillors are such an entitled bunch, who all attend meetings for their expenses but do little or nothing for the local inhabitants that elected them.
And as we know, the same corrupt councillors give permissions to yet more 5G monopoles and infrastructure despite local inhabitants concerns and complaints, fail to manage the road maintenance or cleaning adequately, and in several areas work with permanent staff to get 4 day working weeks for 5 days of pay. How many councillors are still allowed to be members of the Freemasonry and actively involved in Public Service whilst in Conflict Of Interest?

The Mazur ruling and the illegal activities of corporate council staff

As we know, councils have issued bulk council tax summonses for years without proper judicial oversight, in direct contradiction of case law like Catlin.
Now the involvement of non-qualified staff at the council is called into question  by virtue of the Mazur - because only qualified individuals can carry out reserved legal activities, like preparing and signing summonses applications.
If councils or their contractors are using unqualified staff to process summonses, the entire enforcement process may be legally invalid.
This isn’t just administrative failure — it’s a breakdown of the rule of law and equality before it.
The legal system has long been weaponised against ordinary people, and it's time we called it out.
Read the full piece and decide for yourself: is justice being served? Or is justice a big fat (fraudulent) joke?

Corporate council mis-spending

For those concerned about how their local "rotten borough" corporate council has been spending precious Public Funds, here is a useful website:

https://bidstats.uk/tenders/?ntype=tender

Some people will be so concerned that they will want to organise in their areas, to create strong community organisations that expose the rotten and bankrupt private-for-profit councils and their mis-spending. Some will want to go further and expose the widespread Misconduct in Public Office by the same corporate miscreants and their money laundering.

Council Tax is funding corruption

Council Tax is funding corruption.
On a particular council tax bill, for example, only 27% was itemised to show how it was going to be spent. That left 73% of what was being requested undeclared. Councils refuse to specify what the majority (typically around 70-75%) is used for, either directly or via the numerous unanswered or swerved FOIs/WDTK requests. A big red flag:

https://truthmuse77.substack.com/p/the-rumour-councils-send-the-majority

With 30% of all Council Tax going to the substantial council pension funds, councils are lying about their spending. Local inhabitants of council areas are increasingly questioning this fraud and withholding further payments. With the councils involved in the plans for digital ID, involved in the closing of farms and selling publicly owned farmlands, granting permissions for a range of developments that go against the wishes of inhabitants, pretending to be courts and issuing legal documents without legal qualifications, there are many reasons not to pay them.

The corporate FRAUD of new "unitary councils"

I’m reading loads of comments on X that people are now cancelling paying their council tax. People have clearly had enough. Dozens of the corporate councils have declared bankruptcy after they embezzled Public Funds, used funds for their substantial wages, expenses, pensions, severance payments, revolving door consulting, dodgy contracts, Masonic coverups, cronyism, corruption and blatant mismanagement. At best they are guilty of Misconduct in Public Office, a criminal offence with up to 14 years in prison!

People are cancelling their council tax on a mass scale after it was announced that local elections in nine areas have been cancelled for May this year.

"No Taxation Without Representation."
