Councils do NOT have Warrants of Control. The Councils have been controlling Legal Advisors through misinformation and fake allegations. Council paperwork is only good enough to instil a belief that a Court Order was made; it does NOT make the Court Order enforceable! A Judge in a County Court has recently upheld this by using Case Law of the Leighton Judgement.

The final Charging Order is only the Council’s paperwork, it is NOT a Court Order, therefore the Council’s paperwork is NOT Statutory Authority to enforce a Liability Order (same as the Leighton Judgement), and beside all Liability Orders ceased in 2003.

The Council’s fraudulent paperwork is also not good enough for control of goods or attachment of earnings, or bankruptcy orders, or threats of imprisonment. Therefore NO enforcement is possible with ANY Council paperwork anymore; this is a breakthrough.

Enforcement is only in accordance with Council Tax Admin Enforcement Regulations and that means they cannot charge interest on charging orders or bankruptcy orders.

Clause 29 (was Clause 39) states - “No free man shall be seized, imprisoned, dispossessed, outlawed, exiled, or ruined in any way or proceeded against except by the lawful judgement of his peers and the Law of the Land, due process, and access to justice.”

Fraudulent Council Tax Courts of the Councils

It is a proven fact that Council Tax does NOT go directly to Local Services as claimed by Councils. Council Tax also funds the expensive big pension fund of the councils, also the installation of surveillance and ULEZ systems, and the funding of illegal wars, and not forgetting the terrorism, crimes against humanity and genocide since 2020 onwards.

The Council Tax Bill is not a Bill according to the definition contained within the Bill of Exchange act, it is a ‘Demand’.

Those people who have turned up to their “Summons” have found themselves in a room facing a laptop computer and a FaceTime stye chat with a disgruntled, aggressive member of the Council demanding you start payment plan. This clearly is not a legal or lawful court and clearly shows fraud and extortion. It has been proven by others that the Councils are violating at least 13 Statutes of Legislation, as well as encouraging people NOT to attend Court.

One man who did go to court was faced with three Magistrates who denied him the opportunity to speak, the Magistrates refused to give their names and they adjourned the hearing; clearly all three magistrates know they are breaking the law. A court clerk handed him the magistrates names upon leaving the court but their first names were omitted.

The court was not a criminal court and not a civil court

The court worker admitted to him that the Councils have been committing fraud for the past 20 years. It was noticed the Criminal and Civil Courts had the names of the JP’s above the doors of each Court room. The room where the Council hold their Kangaroo court had NO names of any JP’s. In this fraudulent Council court the man was told he was in a Criminal Court for a Criminal matter, which is 100% fraud and malfeasance of public office. They were always aggressive in nature and when challenged the court called for security; a sign of the council’s guilt. A while later the man received another hearing date, which was later rescheduled again for the present day, having him no chance of attending the hearing. He found out by phoning the court that this recent rescheduling was done by the Council!!! This clearly shows dirty tricks by the Council. The magistrates courts and councils are clearly in cahoots with each other, which makes it extremely biased, and the “Court Officer” is employed by the Council and NOT the Court!! The man checked his Council’s bank account which was an account in an off-shore account in Jersey! The magistrates he came face to face with was a man he used to work with many years ago, that magistrate was a senior manager at the DVLA, what kind of scam is this? None of them are trained in law.

Letters always contained threats, fear, and intimidation, but at the end of the day Council Tax CANNOT be enforced as there can be NO Liability Order. The man even enquired with the Magistrate’s Court and asked if he had any Court Orders, there was none! This proved beyond all doubt that the Council’s fake court is malfeasance of public office.

One man did find himself in prison for 2.5 months, but this was avoidable; firstly he wilfully refused to pay Council Tax, what he should have done was write a Conditional Letter of Offer and play the game. However, this man did play the game and the Council are clearly running out of options, but the Police turn a blind eye to the criminal behaviour of the Councils, and this is nationwide. In hindsight he said that there was never any need to go to the court, but he did so to experience the scam. "

As many local inhabitants of council areas have discovered, illegal migrants (without passports or visas entitling or granting permission to stay) have entered the UK for solely economic reasons and cannot prove any 'refugee status' but are being given Public Services that local inhabitants often do not benefit from. These include free or subsidised accommodation or housing, welfare payments, free healthcare, free phones, various allowances, and even immunity from prosecution for various criminal offences including harassment, sexual abuse, theft, trespassing, violent disorder & criminal damage. Members of organisations involved often claim that the individuals concerned are 'awaiting confirmation' of refugee status where they are to be given rights such as "leave to remain".

There is no excuse for ignorance of the Law! Anyone employed by councils who assists illegal migrants or asylum seekers to enter or overstay, to access housing or other assistance, is deliberately and knowingly acting criminally and is therefore personally liable to pay a fine or face a penalty of a minimum of 6 months or up to life in prison. These criminals will be banned from any future Public Office, have their pension rights revoked, and any ill-gotten gains asset-stripped.

   (b) the Human Rights Convention (within the meaning given by that section).

(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to anything done by a person acting on behalf of an organisation which—

   (a) aims to assist asylum-seekers, and

   (b) does not charge for its services.  "

While council staff and management may seek to claim to be part of "an organisation which aims to assist asylum seekers and does not charge for its services", any such claim will be provably false. Councils exist to serve local inhabitants as Public Servants primarily providing services. They are not now, nor ever have been, organisations with "aims to assist asylum seekers", and their constitutions clearly outline their basic rules governing the council's business and 'citizen' rights.

The disgraceful corporate councils are breaking the rules again. They are often issuing falsified documents.
Yet the rules are clear enough. A PCN  must be issued within 7 days. A "Charge Certificate" must be issued within 12 months. The council must reapply before end of 12 months for another 12 Months. There is a maximum time limit of 24 months and that only applies if they have reapplied.

THE £2.2 MILLION CARPET: MANSION VALUE OR CONSULTANCY SINK? 

The community is starting to do the math, and the numbers don’t add up.

THE COMPARISON:

As pointed out by local residents, £2.2 Million in the Somerset property market can buy a 26-acre historic manor house. It is a generational asset of immense value.

THE REALITY AT TOR LEISURE:

For that same £2.2 Million of your tax money, what did the Town Deal actually deliver? According to those on the ground, the "major extension" was cancelled, and we got:

- NO Promised Extension

- New Carpets

- An Extended Patio

- A bit of gravel

THE FORENSIC GAP:

If the visible work—the carpets and the patio—costs a tiny fraction of the budget, where is the remaining £2.1 Million?

This is the "Consultancy Sink" in action. While the building is handed over to a failing operator (now in administration), millions of pounds have vanished into "management fees," "reports," and "surveys" that the community never requested and can’t use.

THE STING IN THE TAIL:

It’s not just about the missing millions. While the Council "spent" £2.2m on carpets, they signed over a 125-year lease to a private operator that has now collapsed. If that lease is sold by liquidators to pay off corporate debts, we risk losing the land itself. We paid for the "refurbishment" of a building we might no longer own.

THE GTP DEMAND:

We aren’t just looking for the big numbers anymore. We are looking for the Itemised Invoices. We want to see exactly how much the taxpayer was charged for those carpets and that patio.

The "Not Robust" audit (Page 55) already flagged these failures. The Council cannot say they weren't warned.

The May 12th Deadline is approaching.

Accountability isn't a "timeline puzzle"—it’s a bank statement. ️

The Scrutiny: When you see the £2.2 Million Farmhouse (top), you are looking at hundreds of years of stonework, 15 acres of land, a separate cottage, stables, and a swimming pool. That is what a "generational asset" looks like for that price.

Then you look at the Tor Leisure building (bottom). Even with the most expensive "new carpets and patio," it is impossible to see where £2.2 Million of taxpayer money went.

The Forensic Conclusion:

• The Building: It's an existing structure. No new walls were built, and the extension was cancelled.

• The Math: If the visible work (carpets/paint/patio) cost even £200,000 (which is a generous estimate), there is still £2 MILLION missing.

In the private sector, that £2m buys you the entire estate at the top of your image. In the "Town Deal" world, it apparently vanishes into thin air—or what we call the "Consultancy Sink."

Mendip DC is now gone, but Glastonbury and Somerset councils are persisting with the agenda.

Interesting 'coincidence' that both Brighton and Glastonbury councils are controlled by the Green Party. The 'greens' like 'gentrification', spending millions on "Net Zero" and Low Traffic Neighbourhood plans, or consulting on the Glastonbury World Heritage Site agenda.
In Glastonbury the famous "Town Deal" secured £23.6 million which included £2 million allocation for a caravan/van dwelling non-bricks & mortar park-up. The council bought some flood land at a premium rate and then discovered it was unsuitable for parking or electrics so scrapped the scheme and sold the land at a loss. Then they set about driving away the van & caravan dwellers, destroying the existing community of artistic and creative people all operating sustainable work. They aggressively forced out anyone that resisted. They also implemented a scheme for a mock 'roundhouse' visitor centre to the famous Bridie's Mound site and damaged the land and archeological site by constructing a grey stone chip road that extended over the Mound itself. The councils like spending money when it suits them! 

Official statistics showed a record 131,140 households in temporary accommodation in England.
While the Home Office spends £145 per night to put an individual in a hotel, many local councils are struggling to find the budget to keep their own residents off the streets.

When the local inhabitants of the area discover the degree of corruption in their corporate councils, they will probably want to stop paying them!

All those involved in these bankruptcies and the fraudulent use, misuse, embezzlement, money laundering, theft, of Public Funds, should be suspended pending full investigations. Their private council pensions should also be suspended. They should be prosecuted according to the laws governing Misconduct in Public Office, and forced to give up any assets and funds they have gained as a result of their criminal activities. Examples should be made of all involved, with an amnesty offered to all whistleblowers that expose the fraud going on in other councils.

Local inhabitants of the above councils will want to suspend any further Council Tax payments until the fraud is fully investigated and the perpetrators brought to justice!

Many questions remain as to why Thurrock Council Borough Council, registered as a private company with Dun & Bradstreet, is still allowed to trade at all. How are the Masonic CFO and colleagues still in office? Why have there not been several prosecutions? Where are the charges of Misconduct in Public Office against all the main players in this scandal? Why have the same criminals not been stripped of pensions and suspended pending full investigation? How could so much theft of Public monies be allowed to happen unchallenged?
